Cap Size Guide
A piece that fits disappears. Here's how to measure your head for a Petite, Standard, or Large cap — and when to go custom.
Measure your circumference
Wrap a soft tape around your hairline — start at your front hairline, around above the ear, across the nape, and back. Most adults land between 21.5 and 22.5 inches.
Petite, Standard, or Large
Under 21.5 inches? Petite. 21.5–22.5? Standard — the most common. Over 22.5? Large. Each Tresslo piece is sized; choose the closest to your measurement.
Ear to ear
Measure from one ear, over the crown, to the other. This confirms the cap sits flat across the top of your head.
Front to nape
From your front hairline straight back to the nape. Too short and the cap lifts at the back; too long and it bunches at the crown.
When to go custom
If your measurements fall between sizes or you have a uniquely shaped hairline, a Custom Fit Consultation sizes the cap to you.
