Processing & lead times
- Each piece is finished to order. Ready-to-ship styles leave the atelier within 1–2 business days.
- Atelier and made-to-order pieces ship within 5–10 business days — you'll see the estimate on the product page.
- Tracking arrives by email and SMS the moment our carrier collects the parcel.
Shipping methods (US)
- Standard — 3–5 business days, $12 (free over $250).
- Express — 1–2 business days, $28.
- Both methods align with the rates returned at checkout by our commerce engine.
Discreet packaging
- Every order ships in unbranded, recyclable packaging — no one sees what's inside but you.
- The return address reads our fulfilment partner, not "Tresslo."
International & duties
- We ship internationally. Rates and delivery times show at checkout based on your destination.
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and broker fees are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
