Processing status
- Each product and selected option shows either Ready to Ship or Made to Order when that status is available from our catalog.
- The product page shows the estimated processing window for the selected option before you add it to your cart.
- Processing estimates are separate from carrier transit time and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping options for US orders
- Available shipping methods, rates, and carrier estimates are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
- The checkout total is the source of truth for shipping charges; promotional thresholds appear only when currently active.
- When tracking is available, it is sent by email after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Packaging
- Packaging details are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation when a specific packaging service applies.
- Contact us before ordering if packaging privacy is essential so the currently available option can be confirmed.
Outside the United States
- This page describes the US storefront. An international destination is supported only when checkout offers a shipping method for that address.
- Any duties, taxes, or carrier fees are shown or explained for the destination before an international order is placed where possible.
