These terms describe the general conditions for using the Tresslo US storefront and placing an order.

1. Product information
We aim to present current product descriptions, options, prices, and imagery. Color and texture can appear different across lighting and screens. The product page and your order confirmation are the sources for the item and options you selected.
2. Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued. If an item or price cannot be honored, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order before fulfillment.
3. Availability and fulfillment
Availability, fulfillment type, shipping options, taxes, and charges are shown from current commerce data where available. Final shipping options and order totals are confirmed during checkout. Do not rely on a promotional image or general site message as an inventory commitment.
4. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, and the policy shown for the order. Review the Returns & Exchanges page before purchase and contact support before sending anything back. A return is not approved until support provides instructions.
5. Site use and intellectual property
Site content may be used to evaluate and purchase Tresslo products. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or misrepresent Tresslo content, imagery, or trademarks except where applicable law permits.
6. Privacy and service changes
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update site features or these terms as the service changes. The version displayed here applies from its stated effective date, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
