The problem with default lace
Most 'transparent' lace is engineered for fair skin and reads ashy or gray on deep complexions — the exact opposite of invisible. Matching matters more here than anywhere.
Choose HD or tinted lace
HD lace, being thinner, disappears on more tones. For some deep skin, a tinted brown lace (Deep Brown) matches better than any 'transparent' option. A stylist can also tint the lace with a foundation-matched powder.
