Glueless lace front

Lace only at the front hairline, the rest is a stretch cap with an adjustable band. Easiest to wear, no glue, lowest skill floor. The right starting point for most buyers.

Full lace

Lace across the whole cap, so the hair can be parted anywhere and styled up. Most versatile, most expensive, most delicate. Worth it if you change your style often.

Closure / frontal

A lace closure (smaller) or frontal (larger) at the top or front, with wefted hair behind. A stylist typically installs these with adhesive for a multi-week wear. Not a first-timer's piece.
